Tips for a great session - Bring your water bottle and small towel to the sessions
- For your safety, we ask that you not enter a session ten minutes after it has started
- Cross training shoes work best for most sessions
- Please leave your backpacks and bags in the daily lockers
- Session leaders may schedule substitutes when necessary
Additional Tips for CycleFit sessions
- Bike shorts are highly recommended
- Towels are provided for all riders
- Water bottles can hook onto the bike frame, so bring them with you
- Cross training shoes work best if your shoelaces are tucked in
- Sleeveless or cool shirts will be the most comfortable when you work up a sweat
Trekking Call 855.7772 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. the day of the session to reserve your treadmill for Trekking sessions beginning at noon or later. For 7:30 a.m. Trekking sessions, call anytime after 2 p.m. the day before.
Participants must arrive on time to the session to claim their reserved treadmill or risk losing reserved treadmill to waitlisted individuals.
