Tips for a great session
  • Bring your water bottle and small towel to the sessions
  • For your safety, we ask that you not enter a session ten minutes after it has started
  • Cross training shoes work best for most sessions
  • Please leave your backpacks and bags in the daily lockers
  • Session leaders may schedule substitutes when necessary

Additional Tips for CycleFit sessions

  • Bike shorts are highly recommended
  • Towels are provided for all riders
  • Water bottles can hook onto the bike frame, so bring them with you
  • Cross training shoes work best if your shoelaces are tucked in
  • Sleeveless or cool shirts will be the most comfortable when you work up a sweat

Call 855.7772 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. the day of the session to reserve your treadmill for Trekking sessions beginning at noon or later. For 7:30 a.m. Trekking sessions, call anytime after 2 p.m. the day before. Participants must arrive on time to the session to claim their reserved treadmill or risk losing reserved treadmill to waitlisted individuals.
