How to use this schedule: Sessions are listed according to this format: session & length in minutes.leader.location
Call Member Services at 855.7772 to reserve your treadmill for Trekking from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. the day of the session. For the safety of our participants, we strongly discourage latecomers who arrive 10 minutes after the session has started. Group Exercise Leaders reserve the right to enforce this rule. During this time, Deep Water Exercise will be held in HPER Pool 194. We apologize for the inconvenience. HPER memberships will be accepted at the SRSC during this time period.
CBAC DWE sessions are cancelled for the remainder of the summer due to scheduled state swimming and diving meets and pool maintenance. Please join us Mondays-Thursdays at 5:30pm at the HPER Pool 194 for DWE-45!
