How to use this schedule:

Sessions are listed according to this format:

Call Member Services at 855.7772 to reserve your treadmill for Trekking from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. the day of the session. 7:30 a.m. Trekking sessions, call anytime after 2 p.m. the day before to reserve your treadmill.

For the safety of our participants, we strongly discourage latecomers who arrive 10 minutes after the session has started. Group Exercise leaders reserve the right to enforce this rule.
