Intro to Pilates

Ready to learn Pilates? This session is great for you! Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engages the mind and helps bring control and strength to the body. This session is a balanced approach, blending flexibility and strength to help improve posture, and reduce stress while building a strong core. Sessions will focus on the fundamentals of mat work, while incorporating the basic series of Pilates exercises and breath work.

Pilates I/II

This multi-level Pilates session will be structured to meet the needs of both new and veteran participants. Various pieces of equipment will be utilized to add resistance, intensity, and focus for participants who are ready, while providing a comfortable atmosphere and attention to form so that all participants will feel successful.

Pilates Reformer

These sessions utilize our new equipment, the Pilates Reformer and the Jump Board attachment. This specialized piece of equipment, taught in a small group setting (no more than 6 participants), has been made famous for its ability to work every muscle in the body and for connecting each exercise to the core. The reformer allows for proper control, focus, and form and ensures balanced, equally trained muscles. The right challenge for the new exerciser, or the strongest athlete!

Power Vinyasa

This session incorporates flowing sequences and dynamic standing poses to build strength and stamina. During this practice, you will build endurance, strength, increase flexibility and find focus while using a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series. Using breath and movement synergistically, this session is moderately paced but is suitable for beginners, athletes and advanced enthusiasts looking for a quicker-paced yoga session.

Sunrise Power Vinyasa

Join us for an early morning yoga session that will invigorate the body and create a peaceful center to prepare you for the events of the day ahead. Like our Power Vinyasa session, this session is quicker paced, focusing on building endurance, strength and flexibility. Using breath and movement in a sequenced blend, this session will help enhance the mind-body connection leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for the day to come.

Yoga I

Learn the basic postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and sun salutations that are part of the yoga tradition. New energy, balance, and both physical and mental wellness will be discovered while detailed instruction on alignment is given in this calming, compassionate environment.

Yoga I/II

This all levels yoga session will be structured to meet the needs of both new and veteran participants. Postures will be explained and int/adv options will be provided for progressing as participants are ready. Focus will also be given to developing a deeper connection between body, movement, and breath.

Yoga for Stress Reduction

Try this session to reduce stress and awaken a higher level of mind-body awareness. Clear your mind and set yourself up for the best day possible! Yoga for Stress Reduction will place a heavy emphasis on breath and meditation while enhancing overall flexibility. Through gentle yoga stretches paired with breath, experience total mind and body relaxation.
