AQUAPAK - 10% OFF $167 students; $189 faculty/staff; $200 public/alumni AquaPak is a complete package for those interested in a blend of gym workouts and basic swim instruction or enhancement of advanced swim stroke and water fitness. This package includes three personal training sessions lasting 1 hour each and three 45 minute private swim lessons.
FITPAK: Two fitness assessments + eight personal training sessions

Fitpak is a combination of personal training with pre-and post-training fitness assessments to measure progress. This package includes eight personal training sessions and two fitness assessments.
FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

A fitness assessment is a 60-minute comprehensive analysis focusing on body composition, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, resting heart rate, and blood pressure. Assessments include an individualized report for setting a baseline or measuring progress.
BUDDY PACKAGE:

Our buddy package includes six one-hour personal training sessions you can share with a another person who has the same fitness goals.
