Yoga and Pilates are two of the most popular and effective methods for building muscle tone, strengthening your core, and improving flexibility. Offering both group and private sessions, our leaders hold some of the most well-recognized certifications in the field and come with years of teaching experience. We’re ready to help you reach your goals, energize your attitude, and relieve stress.

REGISTRATION & FEES
Purchase a Yoga/Pilates punch card at Member Services that can be used for both Yoga and mat-based Pilates sessions. Just bring your punch card with you to the session. Cards are valid through August 1, 2015.

About Pilates Reformer
Energize your workout with our Pilates Reformer sessions!
Pilates reformers target your deep core/power-house muscles and ensure you get a complete strength & flexibility workout, engaging every muscle in your body. Sessions are taught in a small group setting (no more than six participants).
Series I: 1/18 - 3/7
Series II: 3/8 - 5/2
Pilates Reformer Fees
Weekly Series: (meets once/week)
Students: $85 per series
Faculty/Staff: $105 per series
Public: $115 per series
