• Host over 5 major events annually
• We have two large indoor facilities, outdoor fields and tennis courts
• We have over 500 accidents a year

• Experienced EMTs
• Outgoing and friendly professionals
• Good scene management skills
• Good communication skills
• Patient and supportive attitude

EMT Responder Requirements

• Current Indiana EMT Certification
• Current ARC Pro CPR/AED, or AHA HCP Certification
• ICS 100,200,700 & WMD
• START Triage Training
• Minimum of 1 Year Experience with Fire EMS Response or Ambulance Service
• References
  - Supervisor
  - Training Officer
• Physical competencies as define by US Department of Labor and NAEMS

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide rapid first response
• Assess, support and gather history
• Insure continuity of care
• Assist ambulance crews
• Report and document
• Resupply

Additional Responsibilities

• Fire, tornado, dangerous persons evacuations
• Risk Management assessments
  - Facility
  - Equipment
  - Staff and Participants
• Incident Reports
• Shift Reports
