Sampler sessions do not require registration. Just drop in with your I.D.


Registration begins Monday, August 24, 2009 at 8 a.m. for Series I and II at Member Services at SRSC 115 or HPER Wildermuth.

Series I: September 7 – October 25
Series II: October 26 – December 13*
*No sessions November 25-29 due to Thanksgiving Break. A make-up session
will be provided during the week of December 14-18.


Weekly sessions:
Students: $44 per series
Faculty/Staff: $50 per series
Public: $53 per series

Session = 1 meeting/non-credit class • Series = 7 consecutive sessions

Why the extra fee for Mind Body Sessions?

The Mind Body program is not part of the group exercise drop-in schedule because each series is progression-based. Participants who do not attend regularly may risk getting injured or feel frustrated if they are unable to follow along. Mind Body leaders are also highly skilled and specially trained in each format.


  • There is a limit of 40 participants per Yoga and Pilates sessions.
  • A waitlist option is in effect for each series that meets capacity.
  • No refunds will be issued after the first session unless there is a medical condition prohibiting participation.
  • A minimum of five registrants are needed per session per series.
  • Recreational Sports reserves the right to cancel a session if minimum is not met. Refunds will be given in that case.
  • Register at Member Services (SRSC 115 or HPER Wildermuth). A valid student I.D. or Recreational Sports membership is required.

Important Information

  • Sessions are a group workout and not intended as one-on-one meetings.
  • Participants with injuries, medical conditions or spinal problems should consult a doctor before registration.
