Spring & Summer CycleFit Schedules


CycleFit is our indoor cycling program offering a friendly and motivational experience for participants of all levels. Sessions simulate the varied terrain of an outdoor ride including steady flats, hills, and sprints.

Little 500 Power Training is a CycleFit session geared toward the rider training for the Little 500 or the outdoor riding season. Riders will learn to train efficiently by using watts to measure power output and track performance.

Punch cards can still be purchased for attendance at Spring sessions. Registration opens Monday, April 29 for Summer sessions.
There are two ways to register and participate in CycleFit.

1. Pick a specific session and sign up for a weekly series. This will allow you attend that specific session once per week for the duration of the series.
- OR -
2. Purchase a 3-session or 7-session CycleFit punch card. This option allows you to attend any sessions as they fit your schedule. Just bring your punch card with you to the session. Cards are valid the entire semester.

Summer Series I: 5/6-6/16, Series II: 6/17-7/28

Faculty/Staff $30 per series
Public $31 per series

Seven Session Punch Card:
Students $26 per card
Faculty/Staff $30 per card
Public $31 per card

Three Session Punch Card:
Students $13/card
Faculty/Staff $15/card
Public $16/card

Little 500 Power Training:
Students $37 per series
Faculty/Staff $42 per series
Public $44 per series

  • Purchase 3 or more series/cards sessions, save 15%

A valid IU I.D. or Recreational Sports membership is required for CycleFit participation

Cancellation Policy
Campus Recreational Sports may need to alter the CycleFit schedule and/or cancel sessions because of low participation, facility issues, instructor illness or other emergency situations. Should we need to communicate any cancellations or schedule changes, we will attempt to notify participants via e-mail or phone (if this contact information is included on your session registration form). We will also communicate any cancellations or schedule changes on our facility bulletin boards and our web site at recsports.indiana.edu.

Make Up Policy
If you have purchased a weekly series and miss one of your sessions, we do allow make ups. Simply select another session from our schedule (of appropriate level). When you arrive to the session, let the leader know you are doing a make up and provide them with your name and your normal session day/time/leader.

Refund Policies
No refunds will be issued for Series I or Series II after the first session of the series unless there is a medical condition prohibiting participation. Refunds on Punch Cards are only honored if the card is returned unused and the refund is requested within 30 days of original purchase.
