Registration:
Sign up by Friday, May 4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Member Services (HPER Wildermuth or SRSC 115), or register through Campus Mail. Send completed form and payment to HPER/WIC 290. Last year's event capacity filled up fast, so don't delay and sign up today!
*If using campus mail please allow 2-3 days for delivery. All registrations MUST be received by May 7.

Tournament Date:
Friday, May 11, 2012 at the IU Golf Course. Check in by 7:45 a.m. Shotgun start at 8 a.m. Lunch and awards to follow.

Fee Includes:

Format:
There will be three divisions: Men's (consisting of four men), Women's (consisting of four women), and Mixed (consisting of two men and two women). This tournament is designed to be a fun and social golf outing. Champions will be named in both the men's and mixed divisions for low gross and low net (using a modified banker's handicap).

Entry fee:
$50 per person
$30 for IU Golf Members

Make checks payable to Indiana University. Please campus mail* your roster and checks to HPER 290 or visit Member Services (HPER Wildermuth or SRSC 115) to pay by credit card.
