CycleFit is our indoor cycling program offering a friendly and motivational experience for participants of all levels. Sessions simulate the varied terrain of an outdoor ride including steady flats, hills, and sprints.

New Sessions this Fall!
Endurance Ride -60: Looking for a longer cycling session? In this session you’ll have a chance to focus more on form and technique while improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. With longer work sets and an overall longer session, we’ll take the intensity level down a notch while still riding through a varied terrain of hills, valleys and flats.
Power -60: The ultimate cardiovascular workout! This session will focus on different power training zones in order to help you get the most out of your cycling workout. With the help of our motivating leaders, you’ll learn how to work within your own individual power training zones by utilizing heart rate, Watts and cadence. If you’re looking for a challenging but rewarding workout, this session’s for you!
REGISTRATION & FEES
How to participate:
Purchase a CycleFit/CircuitStrength punch card at Member Services that can be used for both CircuitStrength and CycleFit sessions. Just bring your punch card with you to the session. Cards are valid the entire Fall semester.
