Kayla Little is an excellent trainer. She is great at understanding and dealing with my personality type and its ups and downs. She knows when to firm, when to be patient, and when and how to motivate. I always look forward to my meetings with her because she always has a positive attitude and I can open up to her about food/exercise related issues. I feel she pushes me in the training and that I have greatly improved. I love the fact that she is an accomplished runner because I can ask her fitness and motivation advice on the subject and I know that I'm talking to someone that is knowledgeable.

My personal trainer was fantatic. I don\'t know what I would have done without her! She was motivating and knowledgable about fitness. I knew that each session would be beneficial for me in reaching my goals. She also knew when to start allowing me to have more time between sessions in order to help me learn and grow on my own too.
