Fitness Wellness Program (PDF)

CircuitStrength offers a structured, efficient and challenging complete body workout for participants regardless of experience level. Participants will receive instruction on a variety of functional exercises that will help make every day movements easier. All sessions will be conducted on the HumanSport equipment located in the SRSC Strength Circuit and led by our enthusiastic and supportive CircuitStrength Leaders. Participants will be challenged in new ways every week while we help them develop a healthier lifestyle. Do you have 30 minutes for a healthier you?

REGISTRATION:
Registration begins Friday, Jan. 1, 2010 at 8 a.m. for Series I and II at Member Services at SRSC 115 or Wildermuth Intramural Center (HPER).

Series I (First Seven-Weeks): Jan. 18 - March 14
Series II (Second Seven-Weeks): March 22 - May 2



FEES
Weekly Sessions:
Students: $24 per series
Faculty/Staff: $27 per series
Public: $28 per series

A valid IU I.D. or Recreational Sports membership is required for participation in CircuitStrength sessions.
