CircuitStrength offers a structured, efficient and challenging complete body workout regardless of experience level. Participants receive instruction on a variety of functional exercises that will help make
everyday movements easier.

All sessions are conducted on the HumanSportâ„¢ equipment located in the SRSC Strength Circuit and are led by our enthusiastic and supportive CircuitStrength leaders. Participants will be challenged in new ways every week while developing healthy lifestyles.

Registration begins Monday, August 23, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. at Member Services at SRSC 115 or HPER Wildermuth.

Participants may either register for a 7-week series (attending the same session 1x per week for 7 weeks) or opt to purchase a punch card (which provides the flexibility to drop in when your schedule allows).

7-week Series I: 9/6 - 10/24 • 7-week Series II: 10/25 - 12/12

Seven Week Series:
Students $24 per series
Faculty/Staff $27 per series
Public $28 per series

Seven Session Punch Card:
Students $24/card
Faculty/Staff $27/card
Public $28/card

Three Session Punch Card:
Students $12/card
Faculty/Staff $13/card

A valid IU I.D. or Recreational Sports membership is required for CycleFit participation

Cancellation Policy
Campus Recreational Sports may need to alter the CircuitStrength schedule and/or cancel sessions because of low participation, facility issues, instructor illness or other emergency situations. Should we need to communicate any cancellations or schedule changes, we will attempt to notify participants via e-mail or phone (if this contact information is included on your session registration form). We will also communicate any cancellations or schedule changes on our, facility bulletin boards and our web site at recsports.indiana.edu.

Make Up Policy
If you have purchased a 7-week series and miss one of your sessions, we do allow make ups. Simply select another session form our schedule (of appropriate level). When you arrive to the session, let the leader know you are doing a make up and provide them with your name and your normal session day/time/leader.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after the first session unless there is a medical condition prohibiting participation
